We embarked on a journey in construction over half a century ago with office and college buildings, hospitals, bridges, water supply projects and roads, and now we endeavour to bring that excellence into the place you call home. What began as an affinity for precision in industrial construction, has driven us to bring a unique attention to detail to our residential ventures too.

Our reverence for the elements of the nature engenders the belief that buildings must co-exist in harmony with the environment. VARENIYAM is a journey to strive for greatness, which inspires our work because if something is worth doing, it's worth doing great.
